ellisonDavid Ellison, Chairman of the Board

Mr. Ellison brings over 25 years of technology and leadership experience, having held board, advisory, C-level and other senior executive positions. He has extensive experience in all facets of business operations including research and development, sales, marketing, customer support and international operations. Currently, Mr. Ellison is President and CEO of Metron Aviation, leading provider of advanced Air Traffic Management (ATM) products and services for the global aviation industry.

Prior to joining Metron Aviation, Mr. Ellison was President and CEO of Era Corporation, a leading provider of next-generation surveillance technologies for air traffic management, airport management and military organizations. At Era, Mr. Ellison was responsible for providing vision, leadership, and strategic direction as the company grew to serve over 130 customers in over 35 countries around the world.

Mr. Ellison's previous leadership positions also include Senior Vice President of Product Development for CA, President of iLumin Software Services and Chief Information Officer for Primark Corporation. Mr. Ellison holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Computer Information Systems from George Mason University.

Chris Broderick is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of GroupLogic, and is responsible for leading the company's strategic growth, and operational initiatives to ensure GroupLogic delivers competitive, high value software solutions for its customers and its partners. As a software industry veteran, Broderick brings over fifteen years of executive leadership in the areas of IT security, identity, storage, and infrastructure management to GroupLogic.

Broderick was formerly CEO of CoreStreet, a firm specializing in converged security software, which was acquired by ActivIdentity in December of 2009. Prior to joining CoreStreet, Broderick acted as Senior Vice President and General Manager of CA's (NYSE: CA) $500 million storage management business unit. Broderick also served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for CA's North American Consulting Business, a $125M unit.

Mr. Broderick holds a B.S. in both Aerospace Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Maryland, and did his graduate work in Electrical Engineering at George Mason University.

perlJonathan Perl, Director

Mr. Perl, a General Partner at Boulder Ventures, has more than 12 years of investing experience, focused primarily on early-stage information technology companies. He led Boulder Ventures investments in Metron Aviation, iLumin Software (acquired by Computer Associates), Era (acquired by SRA International), Millennium Pharmacy Systems and Zenoss. In addition to being a Board Member at Metron Aviation, Mr. Perl is a Board Member at The Mid-Atlantic Venture Association (MAVA) and a National Child Research Center (NCRC) Trustee.

Mr. Perl holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College (1997) and a BA (magna cum laude) in classical history from Tufts University (1988).

Terry-NeelyTerry Neely, Founder, President and Chief Technology Officer

Terry has more than 25 years of experience in developing applications for a variety of industries including databases, networking and most recently physical access control systems. Terry was formerly the VP of Engineering for Honeywell Access Systems, a product development team for Honeywell International. The team developed access control hardware and related software including WinPak and ProWatch.

Prior to Honeywell, Terry lead the Access Control division of MIC including P&L responsibility. Terry lead the team to develop Windows enterprise access control systems and built a services delivery team to provide modifications based on customer requirements

Ted-LepichTed Lepich, Vice President of Engineering

RedCloud President & CTO Terry Neely recruited Ted Lepich from Integrity One Partners where he was providing tactical architecture consulting to the Department of Homeland Security. Since joining RedCloud, Ted has been focused on developing RedCloud's IT to physical security product line. Along with Terry, Ted shares responsibility for RedCloud's product and business development. Ted has over two decades of IT industry experience, including as an IT consultant and business executive.

Prior to joining RedCloud, Ted held positions with Integrity One Partners and Management Information Consulting where he was Vice President of Consulting Services. During his IT career, Ted has provided high-level consulting services to a myriad of Fortune 1000 organizations, including the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of the Navy, Motorola Inc., Best Lock Corporation, United Technologies Sikorsky Helicopters, and American Commerce Insurance Company.

Ted has a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
