Terry-NeelyTerry Neely, Founder, President and Chief Technology Officer

Terry has more than 25 years of experience in developing applications for a variety of industries including databases, networking and most recently physical access control systems. Terry was formerly the VP of Engineering for Honeywell Access Systems, a product development team for Honeywell International. The team developed access control hardware and related software including WinPak and Prowatch.

Prior to Honeywell, Terry led the Access Control division of MIC. Terry led the team to develop Windows enterprise access control systems and built a services delivery team to provide modifications based on customer requirements.

Dave Stokely, Chief Financial Officer

Dave Stokely is RedCloud’s CFO and responsible for the company’s financial operations. Stokely is a senior technology executive with over twenty-five years of leadership and experience in financial, IT, sales and operations management.

He was formerly a co-founder and CFO of GroupLogic, a mobility software company acquired by Acronis in August 2012. At GroupLogic, he was responsible for all administrative, financial and IT functions of the company. Stokely led many corporate growth initiatives including strategic acquisitions and transitioned the business from traditional software licensing to a Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription model while managing finance, sales and account management operations.

Prior to GroupLogic, Stokely owned a software development and consulting company that provided services to clients including Becton-Dickinson, UNC, OilWeek Newsletter and Public Utilities Reports. Stokely has a B.A. in economics from Duke University.

Ted-LepichTed Lepich, Vice President of Engineering

RedCloud President & CTO Terry Neely recruited Ted Lepich from Integrity One Partners where he was providing tactical architecture consulting to the Department of Homeland Security. Since joining RedCloud, Ted has been focused on developing RedCloud's IT to physical security product line. Along with Terry, Ted shares responsibility for RedCloud's product and business development. Ted has over two decades of IT industry experience, including as an IT consultant and business executive.

Prior to joining RedCloud, Ted held positions with Integrity One Partners and Management Information Consulting where he was Vice President of Consulting Services. During his IT career, Ted has provided high-level consulting services to a myriad of Fortune 1000 organizations, including the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of the Navy, Motorola Inc., Best Lock Corporation, United Technologies Sikorsky Helicopters, and American Commerce Insurance Company.

Ted has a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Terry VellekTerry Vellek, Vice President of Sales

Terry Vellek is responsible for RedCloud’s Business Sales initiatives for RedCloud products and management of RedCloud’s strategic channel partners. He is a proven sales executive with over 30 years of sales organization leadership, IT systems services support and enterprise account management.

Terry has extensive experience and knowledge regarding security standards and market trends and a thorough understanding of security requirements across markets including banking, oil & gas, technology, manufacturing, education, government, and healthcare.

Prior to joining RedCloud, Terry served as Executive Vice President for DVTel where developed the company’s go-to-market strategy, and Vice President of US Sales for Lenel Systems International. He also previously held management positions at Mosler and Digital Equipment.

Kevin WineKevin Wine, Vice President of Marketing

Kevin has over twenty years of sales/marketing and leadership experience in the security systems industry. Kevin began his career selling for ADT Security Systems to the US DoD and he attained President's Award for ADT's number one salesperson in 1990.

In 1996, Kevin joined Lenel Systems International to head up marketing and product marketing strategy, and for some time he developed or managed other operations such as professional services, training and technical support. Kevin arrived at Lenel when the company was in its infancy and was an integral part of a small executive management team that guided the company from a start-up company to being acquired for $440 million by United Technologies Corporation (NYSE: UTX) in March 2005.

At RedCloud, Kevin is charged with leading a wide range of marketing programs, developing business strategy, and participating in business development, national accounts, and sales management functions.
