Terry-NeelyDavid Basil, Chief Executive Officer

David Basil serves as the CEO of RedCloud, where he is responsible for RedCloud's strategic direction and overall operations to drive revenue growth and scale the business. Basil is a seasoned business and technology executive with more than 20 years of experience in all facets of business operations, including product development, sales, marketing, customer support and international operations.

He has a highly successful track record in the network and software security industry, developing enterprise software solutions, managing cutting-edge software organizations and deploying secure, mission-critical technologies around the world for customers and end-users in over 30 countries.

Prior to joining RedCloud, Basil was the Senior Vice President and General Manager at Metron Aviation, where he was instrumental in the company's acquisition by Airbus, and Vice President of Product Development and Global Services for Era Corporation, where he was instrumental in the company's sale to SRA International.

Basil previously held executive-level leadership positions at General Electric Company and several leading-edge software companies in the areas of information technology, marketing, business development, professional services, operations and product development. Basil graduated with a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Computer Science and Business from Siena College.

Terry-NeelyTerry Neely, Founder, President and Chief Technology Officer

Terry has more than 25 years of experience in developing applications for a variety of industries including databases, networking and most recently physical access control systems. Terry was formerly the VP of Engineering for Honeywell Access Systems, a product development team for Honeywell International. The team developed access control hardware and related software including WinPak and Prowatch.

Prior to Honeywell, Terry lead the Access Control division of MIC including P&L responsibility. Terry lead the team to develop Windows enterprise access control systems and built a services delivery team to provide modifications based on customer requirements

Ted-LepichTed Lepich, Vice President of Engineering

RedCloud President & CTO Terry Neely recruited Ted Lepich from Integrity One Partners where he was providing tactical architecture consulting to the Department of Homeland Security. Since joining RedCloud, Ted has been focused on developing RedCloud's IT to physical security product line. Along with Terry, Ted shares responsibility for RedCloud's product and business development. Ted has over two decades of IT industry experience, including as an IT consultant and business executive.

Prior to joining RedCloud, Ted held positions with Integrity One Partners and Management Information Consulting where he was Vice President of Consulting Services. During his IT career, Ted has provided high-level consulting services to a myriad of Fortune 1000 organizations, including the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of the Navy, Motorola Inc., Best Lock Corporation, United Technologies Sikorsky Helicopters, and American Commerce Insurance Company.

Ted has a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Bill-MoranBill Moran, Vice President of Sales

Bill Moran spent 15 years leading all sales and marketing efforts for DEI, a premier VAR / Systems Integrator in the Baltimore-Washington corridor. After DEI, in 1996 he joined Lenel where he was responsible for building and managing Lenel's sales channel and business development program in North America, and in later years on a global basis. Throughout Bill's career, he led his teams to support and win regional, national, and global projects with a wide range of commercial and government customers. Here at RedCloud, Bill's primary focus is to create mutually successful business relationships with RedCloud's Value Added Resellers

Kevin WineKevin Wine, Vice President of Marketing

Kevin has over twenty years of sales/marketing and leadership experience in the security systems marketplace. Kevin began his career selling for ADT Security Systems to the US DoD and he held various management positions for Edicon Systems and Kodak's D&AI ID group. In 1996, Kevin joined Lenel Systems International to head up marketing and for some time, other operations such as professional services, training and technical support. At RedCloud Kevin is charged with delivering various initiatives and programs to bolster sales and brand awareness for the company.

Kevin WineJeff Ross, Vice President of Product Management

Jeff Ross is responsible for RedCloud’s Product Management operations, including guiding the company’s product direction, managing product life cycle processes, and overseeing the company’s commercialization programs. Jeff is a proven product management and marketing executive with 18 years of security-related experience across multiple disciplines, including product positioning & pricing, roadmap development, global marketing management, product launch and localization strategies, as well as technology alliances.

Ross has enjoyed much success working in entrepreneurial environments, successfully helping transform incubated products and technologies into proven market-leading product brands.

Prior to joining RedCloud, Ross was Director of Systems Marketing at ICx, where he was chartered to develop and promote ICx’s unified brand agenda through the development and execution of commercial marketing programs. While there, he laid the framework for a unified Product Management organization, conducted Product Readiness Assessments and developed corresponding Product Readiness Plans.

Before ICx, Ross was Sr. Product Manager at Lenel, responsible for all product-related aspects of their flagship product OnGuard, including product positioning, roadmap development, product launches, commercialization and localization strategies. While there, he guided OnGuard to the #1 ranked preferred Access Control brand by Resellers. Prior to leaving, he led Lenel’s global marketing operations that supported sales and business development efforts in more than 90 countries. Ross graduated with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Management from Rochester Institute of Technology.
